This family of twelve has been brought up under John Marshall's preaching and the children have grown up as the singing John Marshall Family, each learning at least two instruments. The year was 1992. The place was Camp Berean near Mt. Morris, Illinois. Mark Swanson, youth pastor at Berean Baptist Church in Rockford, Illinois, had flown the Marhsall family out to be with his young people at their first year of camp. He had asked Deborah Wells, the fourth sister, to write a theme song. Uncertain, she decided to go ahead and at least try. "Press Toward the Mark" was written, and since then, every year (with the exception of one or two) she wrote a theme song for Camp Berean. This CD represents fifteen years of Camp and brings to you the memories shared there.
